Overview

Zinsser B-I-N Brush Cleaner and Restorer removes most types of dried on paint from brushes with ease. The fast acting formulation contains powerful detergents that break down paint with no need for overnight soaking. It’s ideal for use on shellac, solvent and water-based paints and varnishes.

Application

Before applying we always recommend to test a small area of the surface to be treated to ensure you are happy with the finished results.

• Shake well before use
• Place brush into a clean empty container then add Brush Cleaner and Restorer so the bristles are covered
• Soak for up to 4 hours, agitate periodically to loosen up the dried material
• Remove excess paint
• If necessary, re-immerse into Brush Cleaner & Restorer
• When all the paint is removed rinse the brush under warm running water, always ensure the water is not hot
• Finally shake off excess water and hang the brush to dry before use
• Do not soak brushes continuously for longer than 4 hours. It may remove the colouring or dye from coloured brush.
